I want to thank you for the wonderful holiday we had! The highlights of our safari were the dunes at sunrise, the fantastic balloon safari, kayaking with the seals, the AfriCat Foundation where we got to see a leopard eating its prey and cheetahs being chased by warthogs! The Galton House in Windhoek is also an adress to recommend. The manager is very hepful, the accommodation excellent, and the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming. We will keep an excellent souvenir of Namibia and will recommend it to all our friends!

Next time I would like to do a fly-in / fly-out trip and focus more on the Delta; however this was an excellent starting point and the wildlife we have seen was stupendous! Adding Okonjima / AfriCat Foundation to our itinerary was a stroke of genius on Martin's part and was much appreciated! I can't wait for the next trip with Ultimate Safaris!

We have been delighted with our trip overall. We nearly did it on a self-drive safari basis but we’re so glad we opted for a guided tour. Our guide, Orlando’s ability to spot and identify animals and birds is quite astounding and he has been so good at showing us the best places and helping us make the most of our trip. One of the main highlights of my safari was the journey from Opuwo to Palmwag because of the landscapes, remoteness and wildlife, but over all there was nothing I didn't enjoy as the whole safari was excellent! I don't really need to say how good Saskia is - finding photo opportunities, being accommodating, friendly with everyone she meets, trying to please, ability to spot birds and wildlife and general knowledge. It was a pleasure to spend 2 weeks with her and to see Namibia through her eyes!

Highlights on our safari were seeing the “Big 5”, but also all the small very special species that Tristan directed our attention to. We also got to see a lion kill and a waterbok fight. We stayed in nice camps and had good conversation over delicious dinners.

A wonderful holiday; thank you! We thought the combination of the cycling and the touring was perfect - the itinerary worked out very well. Thank you Tristan for having made such a good job of arranging our trip! We loved camping in spectacularly remote spots but also enjoyed the relative luxury of Okonjima. We have been coming to Africa almost every year for over ten years now. We've enjoyed every trip but this one now holds pride of place for the intensity of the experience, the beauty and variety of the Namibian landscape, flora and fauna, the quality of the guiding and cooking and the physical challenge of cycling in fairly extreme conditions. I know you must have selected Orlando, Rodney and Ian very carefully because all three were simply excellent and want you to know how professional and hard working they all are and, most of all, what good fun they were. Ian: did a great job guiding on the bikes in harsh and unfamiliar country, picked good trails and worked very hard to make sure we enjoyed it. We really enjoyed being with them and learning more about Namibia.
A wonderful holiday; thank you! We thought the combination of the cycling and the touring was perfect - the itinerary worked out very well. Thank you Tristan for having made such a good job of arranging our trip! We loved camping in spectacularly remote spots but also enjoyed the relative luxury of Okonjima. We have been coming to Africa almost every year for over ten years now. We've enjoyed every trip but this one now holds pride of place for the intensity of the experience, the beauty and variety of the Namibian landscape, flora and fauna, the quality of the guiding and cooking and the physical challenge of cycling in fairly extreme conditions. I know you must have selected Orlando, Rodney and Ian very carefully because all three were simply excellent and want you to know how professional and hard working they all are and, most of all, what good fun they were. Ian: did a great job guiding on the bikes in harsh and unfamiliar country, picked good trails and worked very hard to make sure we enjoyed it. A wonderful trip and a brilliant and fabulous Honeymoon! Everyone looked after us really well and spoiled us with bubbly! The country is beautiful and we are so happy we came here. I would like to thank Ultimate Safari's and in particular our guide Orlando for making our holiday truly a holiday of a life time. All the places we visited, the food we ate and the places we stayed were fantastic. Orlando could answer any question we threw at him; he assisted us all the time and didn’t stop smiling! I am 10 kilo’s heavier but who cares! My son and his girlfriend have their future planned already and my wife and I will not wait for another 25 years of marriage before we come again!

We had the best trip ever... Everything was just perfect and we loved every minute. Jan, the pilot, was terrific... A great pilot with whom we felt incredibly safe, and a knowledgeable guide, who knew the country and the animals really well, and above all, a really pleasant and nice man to spend a couple of weeks with. The country, of course, was just beautiful... We loved the landscapes and the variety of the landscapes… Each area we went to was different and beautiful in a special way. And the animals... We saw everything we could wish for, including a leopard and a lion with his dinner. The accommodation was stunning... Each lodge perfect in a different way - we would love to have stayed longer in every single place! Had we the time and the money, that's what we would do next time.... stay longer!!! And on top of stunning accommodation, there was friendly and professional service in each and every lodge. The people were so nice to us and could not have been more pleasant. There was not one hitch during the entire trip... Everything was perfectly organised and we didn't have to worry about a thing - the perfect holiday. So, thank you very, very much for providing us with such an exceptional experience. We are definitely thinking about returning and are trying to persuade friends to accompany us.
